Today my husband and I came to your facility in St.Charles/St.Peters to rent a storage unit. We arrived a few minutes after 5:30pm and were pleasently suprised when your associate, Gary Frank, said he would stay and help us out instead of going home and closing up the store. It is not everyday you find someone with great customer service and someone who appreciates a customer, but we found that in Gary. He genuinely wants to help his customers and goes above and beyond his job to ensure that. I just thought you should know how good of an employee he is and wanted to say how much we appreciated his help.

"Thank you for your recent letter, in response to our recently vacating our locker at Storage Banc® on Mexico Road in St. Peters, MO. We had an extremely pleasant experience and want to thank you. Some sad and stressful circumstances surrounded our needing to seek storage, in the form of parental illness and subsequent passing away. As your letter states, we did visit several places. With nothing against the others, we found yours to be very clean, efficient, pleasant and professional. We knew early on that the business aspects would be efficient and pleasant and that our belongings would be well cared for.

In particular, Dave Erard was very helpful and informative. All went smoothly from the time we moved my Mom's belongings into storage (approximately one year ago) through the time we vacated. We always felt that things went smoothly, never had any difficulty, and her belongings were always safe and secure. Thank you for a most pleasant experience and we certainly would utilize your services again, as well as recommend to others.

Dave was also extremely helpful as we coordinated our vacating. A family member moved the last of Mom's things last Sunday and I was going to make a trip this week-end to make sure that there was no residual trash. Dave was extremely cordial, as always, letting me know in a prompt and courteous fashion that all was squared away.
