While larger containers, similar to the ones used by PODS®, PackRat and Mobile Attic are all proven methods of storage, Storage Bancs are the only time tested method. Moving companies have been storing their customer’s goods in containers just like ours for over 100 years. Storage Bancs are constructed of wood. Wood is soft and won’t damage your furniture during transit. Plus, it is breathable, reducing the likelihood of moisture build-up due to changes in humidity. Storage Bancs are delivered to you covered with a watertight tarp. It is safe, convenient and secure. |

Storage Bancs are modular. No more wasted space. Each Storage Banc holds 1-1 ½ rooms of furniture, plus boxes. Pay only for the space you need. No need to worry about whether you ordered enough space, we can always bring extra. If you don’t use them we won’t charge you. |
Easy to pack |

Storage Bancs have a swing door. They can be packed tight to avoid load shift during transport. PODS® and Pack Rat containers are basically a roll-up door TRUCK BODY without wheels. Because you have to leave room for the door to roll, you can’t pack your goods as tightly. This increases the chances of your goods shifting during transport and reduces the overall useable space of the container. |

If you need to get something out of storage, you don’t have to unpack 15 feet of items. Just open the door. Everything you need is within easy reach. Call us the day before and we will place your Storage Bancs in our secure access area. Or, we can delivery them to you and you can access at your home. |

Modular Storage Bancs allow you to separate your furniture by room. With Storage Bancs, there is no need to store your bedroom furniture in the same container as your lawn mower or other dirty garage items. |

Climatized doesn’t always mean air-conditioned or humidity controlled. All of Storage Banc’s facilities are heated and air-conditioned. In addition, we have 24-hour video surveillance. Because PODS® and Pack Rat containers must be moved with a diesel forklift, their warehouse doors have to remain open for ventilation, negating any climate control and reducing overall security. |
Will fit on a driveway? |

Storage Bancs are designed to fit in your driveway or parking space while allowing you to still get your car in and out. In addition, Storage Bancs can easily be leveled, allowing us to place them on sloping driveways. Because they are longer, PODS® may not be able to be placed on your driveway. Their length also makes them much more difficult to level. They work best on long flat surfaces. |

Storage Bancs are kept at our conveniently located self-storage facilities scattered throughout the Metro Area. PODS® and Pack Rat are located industrial parks. Because they each have only one location, you may have to travel long distances to access your goods or make a payment. |
