Computerized Gate Access - We feature a two-gate entry system. One gate opens then closes behind you as you drive through the second gate. Helps prevent others from tailgating and following you in the property.
Cylinder Door Lock Mechanism - Our doors accept a round cylinder lock (purchased separately), similar to the type of lock you would find on a vending machine. This highly secure lock cannot be cut off. It is the safest form of door closure available in the self-storage industry. Of course, if you prefer, you can use a padlock or disc lock.
Twenty-Four Hour Video Surveillance - Well lit facilities.
Individual door Alarms - Each storage unit has it's own individual door alarm, monitored by our property manager. The alarm is disabled when you enter your computerized gate access code. If your storage unit is opened without being disarmed, the manager is alerted that there may be a potential problem and will investigate the situation. In addition, a computerized even history recorded every time your storage door is opened or closed.
Vapor Barriers - Built into the floors and insulated ceilings help prevent moisture drips.
Monthly Pest & Insect Treatment - Our properties are treated monthly to control pests and insects.

Storage Banc accepts package deliveries, and offers wireless internet access to our commercial customers. Our facilities are perfect for storing office records, files, seasonal inventory, and excess office furniture. It's also perfect for a satellite warehouse or distribution center.
Storage Banc has been providing residential storage and business storage in St Louis, MO since 1989, when we opened our first St Louis storage facility, located in Fenton, Missouri. In 1998 and 1999, we expanded, opening locations in Overland, Florissant, and St Peters, MO. In 2000, we successfully completed an acquisition of an existing St Louis storage business and added locations in Brentwood, University City and Bellefontaine. At the same time, we launched a new portable storage, or as some call it, mobile self storage business. We diversified our product line again in 2001 by adding on-site storage serving all of St Louis. Today, Storage Banc is the only St Louis mini storage company offering St Louis storage customers and St Louis storage business customers with a full variety of storage and moving options.
Storage Banc has self storage, on-site storage, mobile self storage, portable storage, storage containers, heated and air-conditioned self storage, and conventional mini storage. We also sell boxes, and offer a complete line of relocation supplies. Our St Louis, MO mobile storage delivers Storage Banc containers to the entire metroplex. We deliver storage to St Louis, MO, and St Louis County including; Chesterfield, Ballwin, Creve Coeur, Ladue, Clayton, University City, Overland, Kirkwood, Sunset Hills, Brentwood, Webster Groves, Florissant, St Ann, Ferguson, and Hazelwood, MO.
